About

In my professional life, I am an accomplished vision scientist, determined to answer research questions until they've embedded themselves deep into my psyche and haunted my dreams.

In my private life, I am a nerd who enjoys playing video games. My favourite series is Dark Souls, and if you ever ask me about it you will be immediately trapped in a 30 minute conversation about souls lore and the meaning of existence. I also enjoy drumming on my hybrid drum kit. I've found a nice pocket of mid-2000s pop punk that speaks to my soul.

I am born and raised in in Ontario, Canada, which means I've deluded myself into believing that I enjoy cold weather.

I pretend I'm funny.
